Chakras are energy points found in the human body. These chakras have its individual colors, where its different chakra stones have independent significances in individual chakras. These chakra stones resonate with energy to help balance the chakras. Chakra stones also help focus on the mind, body and spirit when placed on different parts the body.
The first chakra is the root chakra, which is the chakra associated with the feeling of security and safety.
